2019 rebranding of the California Pharmacists Association (CPhA). I was hired to completely revamp the branding of the California Pharmacists Association, for the first time in their 150 year history. I worked on all the design concepts and execution myself. Part of the process was pitching these different branding ideas to a taskforce of CPhA members who are leaders in the pharmacy profession, and the Board of Trustees of CPhA.

Full branding for the Western Pharmacy Exchange annual conference in 2020. I started the branding with the following key points drawn from brainstorming with the conference manager and the communications/marketing department:

• don’t want it to look like pharmacy, more about the experience

• bringing people from all facets of pharmacy together

• fun and exciting

• tagline for the conference in 2020: “Celebrating the past, designing our future.”

Branding for Saunders & Symonds Kitchen Provisions. My work for them started in 2014 when they were just starting their business, and now they have storefront locations in London!

Branding for Nasser Aston, a real estate group based out of Fair Oaks, California. The direction I received was to represent the 4 different parts of their business in the logo, but keep a very sophisticated style. This branding was then communicated to their web designer who used the four colors of the logo to separate the four facets of their real estate business.

Part of my work at the California Pharmacists Association is to create visual communications of data. I work on infographics for the Advocacy department to use in the Capitol Building, and with legislators and politicians. I also make charts, graphs, and tables for the Journal of Contemporary Pharmacy Practice (the quarterly journal made by CPhA).

Branding for the annual Digital Health Conference held in California.

I was in charge of the 2017 and 2018 Poolmaster catalog. I covered all aspects of the production: cover design, layout of all pages in InDesign, photography and photo editing, working with local printer, outputting files for print, outputting files for digital viewing. Below are some examples of cover designs I proposed, the first image is the cover design that was chosen.

Process of packaging development and branding development for a pool maintenance products line.

Branding for a cocktail catering business out of Lodi, CA.

Branding for a rental property named Swavesey Windmill. The process started with the picture of the property provided by the client. From that the icon was made and the color palette was chosen.

A small selection of the inflatable pool toys I designed in my time at Poolmaster. I worked on these at all stages: dieline development, graphic design artwork, samples from the manufacturer, photography, photo editing, and packaging.

Branding for a hypothetical bakery called Gender Rolls.

This was an open competition to design a promotional SMINT box packaging. The triangular shape is the shape of SMINT mints. The design was chosen to be in the shortlisted top 25 out of 300+ entries.

This development of brand identity pieces was created during my four month summer internship at Free Enterprise LLC in New York City. The brand collateral includes: stationary, invoice and purchase order forms, script sheet forms, video slate, envelope.

Branding for LANDMARK Building and Property Services.

Branding for an initiative against negative stereotypes of feminists and feminism. After deciding on the look of the branding for the project (logo, colors, original patterns, etc.) I created: a brand guide book, a brand guide poster, three posters with statements, two hand-bound books (one with a sarcastic feminist alphabet, the other with data pulled from a survey I conducted), merchandise (tote bag, stickers, and a merchandise mock-ups book), animations, a blog on tumblr, a Facebook page, and a Pinterest page. This project (made during my time in university) was chosen to be part of The Great Creator, an exhibition held in China.

This is a collection of the graphics I have made for myself, to use across all platforms to keep a consistent web and print presence. I have included the digital graphics, the graphics in use, and the evolution of the logo mark.
